A Pre-certified 'Seller' inspection report will assist the seller with knowing what ‘minor’, ‘major’ or 'material' defects were identified and which items need immediate attention before putting their home on the market. The same report will also assist the 'Buyer' with knowing where the home they are looking to purchase stacks-up regarding the current home's maintenance needs. Both the seller & the buyer will be ahead of the preparation curve, versus the competing seller who does not have their home 'Pre-Certified'. Signature Home Inspections, LLC also provides on average, a 45-60 page report prioritizing each category of defects along with a free DIY home maintenance manual. This manual will help each homeowner tackle their DIY, 'Minor' defects & making them aware of  any 'Major' or 'Material' defects before listing their home for sale. Specifically, the 'Home Maintenance Inspection' will help save the seller & buyer time when the 'buyer' decides to use the 'seller's' home inspection report due to our inspections being very thorough & easy to understand. 

Here's a snapshot of my history and my experience…
I began my career in home construction in 1989. I graduated from the Tile Layer's Union School in 1992 & became a sub-contractor in 2000 conducting bathroom remodeling and inspections for mold, improper water penetration prevention, fastener placement, and effective silicone placement.  I served four years active duty Navy on the USS Enterprise, three years at Fort Carson as a Construction Battalion - CB member (Navy SEABEEs), and an additional 14 years in the Air Force..

​ I retired from the military in June of 2021, as a reservist & an active duty member. I transitioned from bathroom only inspections to complete Residential home inspections. I use infrared thermal technology, moisture meter detection, combustible gas detection, elevated mold spore detection and radon canister instruments within my home inspections.
